Tuition Assistance Program

Choosing a course

The Tuition Assistance Program is designed to help you make good use of your lay-off by upgrading your skills and increasing your qualifications for future employment. We encourage you to make good choices that are going to make a positive difference to your future success in the job market.

This section of the website provides you with information to help you make good choices.

  • Planning your employment future – Before you pick a course, look at your strengths and what you want in the future.
  •  Finding good information – Connect with accurate and up-to-date information on the world of work today and tomorrow.
  •  Jobs that are in demand – Make sure your training prepares you for jobs that will be in demand in tomorrow’s economy.
  • Choosing the right school – Finding a school with the right courses and the right way of providing you with the skills you need.

Once you select your course and the school sends your School Information Form to us, we will need ten to 15 business days to process it. Please make sure this form is submitted with complete and accurate information, far enough in advance for us to approve it and send payment to the school, before your course begins.
